I believe that financial struggles have a lot of run-on effects, but I also believe that your emotional and relationship scars affect your performance at work and your financial stability. My ultimate goal is to promote intergenerational mental health by helping people overcome the effects of trauma and building healthy family relationships.
Neuroscience tells us that our brains are extremely plastic and are always growing and changing in response to new stimuli. Biology tells us that every cell in our body is constantly renewed. In the light of this reality, it makes sense to accept that we can choose to release our emotional responses and beliefs and move forward if those old behaviours and beliefs no longer serve our needs.
Many counselling and therapy sessions involve reliving and re-remembering the experience repeatedly. Neuroscience and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) tell us that this approach simply reinforces the memories and patterns in our brain. Our emotional breakthrough programs use Time Line Therapy® and other techniques to remove the emotional pain and scarring, and retrieve the positive learning that will help you gain victory over your pain and take your rightful place in the world.
Time Line Therapy® is a process of emotional release that is content free and therefore uniquely suited for group experiences. You don’t need to share your experience or learnings with others, just follow the guidance of your coach and be willing to change. Time Line Therapy® was developed by Dr. Tad James, who was Chandell’s teacher and mentor for many years.
