Chandell Labbozzetta

CEO, Co-Founder & Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Chandell Labbozzetta, the co-founder of Life Puzzle and Australia’s first Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Trainer is a popular and effective NLP Sales Trainer. She works with Global and National brands to design, and deliver sales and mindset training programs that help businesses create more cash, more clients, and more impact through their people.

Chandell achieved the title of Sales Leader with Nutri-Metics at the age of 14 and went on to win personal and team performance awards in Corporate Business Development and Marketing for companies like KPMG. In 2005, Chandell suffered from professional burnout and severe depression as a result of many years of suppressed emotions and stifled disappointments. In 2006, after months of therapy Chandell discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the answer to her issues of self-worth and achievement. In 2017, she became the first Master Trainer of NLP in Australia to be certified by the Tad James Company.
Through Life Puzzle, her goal is to As a popular Sales & Business Development Trainer and Coach, Author, and Motivational Speaker. Chandell’s dynamic personality and honesty are engaging and her passion to empower others to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal and professional goals is infectious and fosters confidence.

Through Life Puzzle, her goal is to combat the miasma of depression, addiction, and violence, that is overtaking our society by helping clients overcome their inner demons, build profitable businesses, and develop satisfying relationships and deep resilience. She uses an integrated approach which includes techniques from NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis, and business development to help clients achieve amazing outcomes.

Chandell’s own experience, as well as that gained through over 20 years working with teams and clients, supports her conviction that mindset plays a crucial role in happiness, performance, and health. After her recovery, Chandell returned to the Corporate World and helped an under-performing sales team to grow their business by 400% in 6 months by applying the methods she wrote about in her best-selling book, “Confident Closing”, and now teaches in online courses, in-house trainings, and private coaching. As the Projects and Creative Lead at Life Puzzle, Paul brings a bold spirit of action and innovation to everything he touches. Guided by the Latin phrase “in omnia paratus” (“prepared for all things”), Paul approaches each project, client interaction, and team initiative with purpose, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset.

Since joining Life Puzzle in 2019, Paul has played a pivotal role in transforming our grand visions into structured, actionable projects that enhance our clients’ learning journeys. Whether he’s leading a full-scale program rollout or refining the user experience of our digital training tools, Paul ensures every idea moves beyond the whiteboard and into meaningful impact.

With a professional background rooted in service and leadership across retail and aviation, Paul brings deep experience in relationship-building, operations, and frontline excellence. He is not only a master of execution but a connector at heart. His ability to tune into what people need and express it visually, emotionally, and strategically underpins his work across Life Puzzle’s content, campaigns, and client experiences.

Paul also leads our digital creative direction, using social and visual media to spark curiosity, showcase transformation, and create engaging pathways for prospective clients. Lisa brings deep empathy, bold curiosity, and strategic insight to every coaching conversation at Life Puzzle. With a background as an Assistant Principal and educator, she blends real-world leadership experience with advanced training in NLP and Master Coaching, empowering individuals, and teams to rediscover trust, resilience, and purpose.

Driven by her own personal transformation, Lisa turned to coaching after being guided through breakthrough session with a coach. This lead her on a discovery seeking certification as a Master NLP Practitioner. That journey inspired her to write Love More, a book exploring self-love, healing, and the power of choosing growth. Through her work, she has seen how self-love is the foundation for authentic leadership and deeper connection.

As a certified Master NLP Practitioner, Lisa supports leaders to lead from alignment, not authority. She sees people not as problems to fix but as students of their own potential: guiding them to clarify vision, upgrade beliefs, and build teams defined by psychological safety and ownership.

Teresa Labbozzetta

Co-founder, Trainer of NLP, 1956 – 2019

Teresa was born in Portugal and arrived in Australia at the age of 8 speaking very little English. Her determination to solve problems, optimism, and bright smile helped her thrive during those early years. She was always looking for ways to create change that was not merely superficial, but reached down to the heart.
She spent more than 30 years as a successful hair salon owner and beauty therapist owning several salons around Melbourne and teaching Hair & Beauty at schools such as John Morrey, The Australian College of Hair and Beauty and The Melbourne College of Hair and Beauty.

In 1998 Teresa was diagnosed with breast cancer which required radical treatment and she credits her journey back to health to learning to “focus on the things that you want, and listening to your body’s needs”. During this time, Teresa was a Sales Director with the popular skin care company, Nutri-Metics. In just six months she recruited and mentored women and men and built her downline team to over 275 people. Through this journey, she learned the power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy as tools that help people experience inner healing, growth, and genuine satisfaction. As a Master Coach and Hypnotherapist Teresa’s goal was to give people the tools to achieve their goals and live the life of their dreams, rather than simply ‘making the best of things’ because she realised that it’s what we feel inside us that makes our lives worth living.
Teresa died in 2019 of pancreatic cancer. Right up to her final days she continued to reach out to others and bring joy and hope to those who were caring for her, but her vision has not died Life Puzzle continues her legacy of transformation through personal and economic empowerment.

Life Puzzle’s coaches and trainers facilitate your growth and development. That means we are committed to doing everything possible to help you get the outcomes you want, but we can’t do it for you.

All our work is guaranteed – because our experience has shown us that our clients always get results. If you go through the entire process of therapy, attending all the sessions and completing all the tasks, and then allow up to 2 weeks for the process to integrate and have not achieved the desired outcome then we will work with you at no charge until you do get the results you want. It is your responsibility to communicate your results to us and to confirm whether or not you have achieved your purpose of undertaking these sessions. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the therapy of coaching.

In our model of the world, there are no un-resourceful people, only un-resourceful states. Therefore we help our clients to recognise the unconscious beliefs that keep them trapped in their present circumstances.
We use a combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, Hypnotherapy, and Business Practices to help our clients achieve their goals in all areas of life and make the choices you need to improve your financial, business, personal or professional development.

In 2009, Chandell & Teresa Labbozzetta decided it was time to stop treating their mission to empower others to take control of their inner and outer landscape as a hobby and make it their full-time occupation… and so Life Puzzle was born to help people resolve conflicts and disentangle their complicated lives.

Right from the start they knew that economic pressure was a major cause of family and health breakdown, and over they years they saw the personal and intergenerational costs of that reality grow. Today, we all know the importance of mental health and setting boundaries, but Chandell & Teresa were at the forefront of that movement.

Life Puzzle emphasises three very practical strands of intervention that deliver this transformation quickly and easily:

Building sales, negotiation and communication skills;
Profitable business skill that are often ignored; and
Inner transformation because many sales and business problems are solved when our underlying beliefs and assumptions are diagnosed and addressed.

Our core programs in business and NLP run for 13 weeks with ongoing coaching and corporate team training programs that run for 6-12 month sequences.
