Since implementing what I learned in Confident Conversion: 90 days to More Cash, More Clients, More Impact, I have had a 100% conversion rate from my initial sales conversations into our coaching program. The total contract value of these conversations alone was $82,000. My conversion usually sits at around 50%, but 100% that is mind blowing. What’s best is I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

The 90 Day confident conversion, our online course was an absolute game changer for me because I had lots of skills in my craft as an integrative life coach. But my business acumen was a little bit on the skinny side, getting in with Chandell. And learning how to do all of the parts of a business that I had no knowledge of, at that time, was like a profound change in whether I was going to sink or swim. So when we began, I didn't actually even have a product, I was working on something and I've been working on it for ages and when I was questioned about it when Dell asked me if I would actually have it up within that 90 days, and I predicted that I probably wouldn't. So I was encouraged to come up with a new product. And as much as that challenged me at the time, it got my business going in that 90 days it got me making money straight away. And now that product is actually my signature product and the other one I was working on is my down sell. So the program itself has been incredible for my business so much so that I like to stay with Chandell because she has been such a fantastic mentor. And has taught me so much about how to run a business and that stuff that doesn't come naturally to someone like me. So it has been amazing. If anyone is thinking about doing that confident conversion course. I highly recommend it because it gets you thinking in new ways and gives you skills, a skill set that is really beneficial to anyone in any business.

I've gained so much with the program and we are only in week 4. If it wasn't for this course, I would not have followed up with a client (who I thought rejected me due to price). Today I followed them up using what we learned in the program and closed a $4,000 per month deal. Not only has the course paid for itself, I now know I have the confidence to close. So I feel very positive that this quarter, like I said to mom today is that if it wasn't for this course, I wouldn't have even chased up the three t client because I would have just thought all they don't want to hear from me and I think that I'm over cost and I would have taken it really personally and I wouldn't actually followed them up and then I would have missed out on $4,000. The NLP Practitioner Training was the most worthwhile course of study I have attended in many years. The pre-study CD’s, study notes and support calls provided a solid base to build upon and I felt I went into the course with a broad understanding of the material. The volume of information which was fed to us over the course of 7 days was truly amazing. The combination of verbal instruction and the opportunity to test the skills immediately in small practice groups was a great way of quickly grasping the concepts and gathering confidence in my ability to utilize them. The group dynamic was very powerful and the patience & positive energy from all of the instructors was inspiring and created a supportive environment in which to learn.

I work in the hair and beauty space and I teach salon owners what they're expected to know, but we're never taught... Whatever that might be! Without Chandell's help I would've been what I call "Nana's rocking chair" - going forward and back forward and back and now there's nothing stopping me. I think I would've probably hovered around two or three staff, like a lot of people do, but no, I plan to have 30 coaches and I will, because I know what the formula is now. But I also know that the only person stopping me from having 30 coaches was me.
