I work in the hair and beauty space and I teach salon owners what they’re expected to know, but we’re never taught… Whatever that might be! Without Chandell’s help I would’ve been what I call “Nana’s rocking chair” – going forward and back forward and back and now there’s nothing stopping me. I think I would’ve probably hovered around two or three staff, like a lot of people do, but no, I plan to have 30 coaches and I will, because I know what the formula is now. But I also know that the only person stopping me from having 30 coaches was me.
