Our Life Puzzle coaches and trainers facilitate your growth and development. That means we are committed to doing everything possible to help you get the outcomes you want, but we can’t do it for you. Our coaching is a ‘done with you’ process, not a ‘done to you’ process.
All our work is guaranteed - because our experience has shown us that our clients always get results. If you go through the entire process of therapy, attending all the sessions and completing all the tasks, and then allow up to 2 weeks for the process to integrate and have not achieved the desired outcome then we will work with at no charge until you do get the results you want.
It is your responsibility to communicate your results to us and to confirm whether or not you have achieved your purpose of undertaking these sessions. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the therapy of coaching.
